What’s my ring size?

Just download and print our sizing chart on the ring size page, or email us at contact @ bulwik.com and we’ll email you one right away.

Uh-oh. I’ve ordered the wrong size.

Have no fear, we’ll happily exchange your piece for the correct size within 30 days of delivery in Europe. Send us an email at contact @ bulwik.com and we’ll send you all the information. Unfortunately at the moment we’re unable to exchange international orders.

ENGRAVING

Does Bulwik offer engraving?

Many of our pieces can be engraved, you’ll see an ‘engrave’ box above the ‘add to cart’ button on the product page if so. You can choose to have up to 30 characters (including numbers and punctuation) engraved. Our engravers will choose the most suitable place for your inscription.

How long does engraving take?

Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for any orders with engraving.

Can I return my engraved item?

Afraid not, sales of engraved items are final.

MATERIALS

Can I get a certificate of authenticity?

No problem at all, all of Bulwik’s pieces include a certificate of authenticity as standard.

What kind of Gold do you use?

Pure gold (24-karat) is much too soft to wear as jewelry, so other metals are added to purest gold to enhance its durability. It’s about striking the perfect balance between the warmth and purity of gold and adding just enough alloy to ensure the jewelry’s longevity, or to give it a particular hue (like white or rose gold). Are your diamonds conflict-free?

We are completely committed to only using diamonds (and, for that matter, any raw materials) from sources that are certifiably conflict-free throughout the supply chain. We’re also going far beyond that to insist that our suppliers practice the highest levels of social, environmental and human rights responsibility. What’s the quality of your gemstones?

All of our white diamonds are graded SI (‘eye-clean’) or above for clarity, and Colorless (D to F) or Near Colorless (G to J). Each product page contains detailed information about its specific cut and carat.

Do any Bulwik's pieces contain nickel?

Absolutely not. We only use18-karat gold.

Which materials are Bulwik’s pieces crafted from?

We only use the finest materials possible, for us, this doesn’t just mean using the purest gold, diamonds and pearls we can find, but also insisting on only using materials that meet our meticulous ethical standards. We’re setting new industry standards for responsible sourcing.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my purchase arrive?

If it’s in stock, your piece will ship within two business days. Out-of-stock and custom pieces take more time, and will ship within 2 - 4 weeks. If you’re on a tight deadline, we’ll do our best to take care of you – just drop us a line at contact @ bulwik.com to talk rush orders.

What is your returns policy?

As long as it’s still in perfect condition, we offer a free, 30-day, no-questions exchange or return policy on all Belgian orders. Just email us at contact @ bulwik.com for more details.

International sales and engraved pieces are final at this time.

How long does shipping take?

For orders within Belgium, shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your shipping method and destination. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, but only in Europe! Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible for any custom fees, import duties, taxes, and other local charges added by your country's customs office.

How much does shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all purchases in Belgium. Please note that any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges are your responsibility.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the EU and USA. Free shipping in Belgium.

If I order online, can I return or exchange my item(s) in-store?

No problem at all, visit us in our showroom within 30 days of delivery. To visit us please make an appointment by sending us an email at contact @ bulwik.com.

Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

Sure – contact contact @ bulwik.com as soon as possible and we’ll endeavour to help.

Oh no, I think my package is lost?!

For any issues with your delivery, just get in touch at contact @ bulwik.com and we’ll sort it out. If it’s an international order, contact your local postal service (via your tracking info) for further information. And no need to worry, we insure all orders so you can sit back and relax.

Will my order be insured?

Rest easy, all orders are insured.

Where does my order ship from?

All Bulwik items are shipped from Antwerp, the diamond city.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Very rarely, given our direct-to-consumer fair pricing model. But when we do, we always give our subscribers the heads-up. Signing up for our email at the bottom of our home page and we will make sure you don’t miss a thing.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

By law, we have to charge you the appropriate sales tax for deliveries in Country. The tax in Belgium is 21% on the price, and is allready included in the advertised prices on the website.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major bank cards on online orders. All transactions will be made with bacontact. Contact us for more information contact @ bulwik.com.

Is my information secure?

Your personal data is safe with us, and all financial information is encrypted and safeguarded. For more information, please check our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Absolutely – just email our team at contact @ bulwik.com and let them know you’d like to collect.

Can I place a custom order?

We love nothing more than a challenge (and a customer who knows her/his own mind). We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred gold colour or diamonds – you can browse the options on the product page. If it’s a completely bespoke piece you’re after, just shoot us an email at contact @ bulwik.com. Please be aware that sales of custom pieces are final.

Is my purchase covered by a warranty?

Yes, for life! We’re so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a no-questions-asked lifetime warranty on any purchase. Just contact us at contact @ bulwik.com for any warranty issues.

How can I check the status of my order?

Easy, just log into your Bulwik account on the website, and under ‘my orders’, select ‘view your order history’.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Of course. Email us at contact @ bulwik.com. We also offer a 30-day, no-questions return policy, so you’ve got complete peace of mind.

CARE & REPAIR

Do

Put on jewelry last when dressing.
Store carefully to avoid tangling and scratching.
Handle with care.

Don't

Wear when bathing, exercising, gardening or doing housework.
Wear jewelry in bed.
Wear jewelry when sporting, especially when swimming.
Use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.

To clean

Mix a few drops of detergent-free soap with warm water.
One piece at a time, soak your jewelry.
Use a very soft brush to lightly clean each piece. (old toothbrush)
Rinse with care (and don’t drop it down the drain, learn from our experience!)
Lightly dry the jewelry with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Your jewelry is designed to withstand the normal rigors of modern life, but keep in mind that they are still made from precious metals and delicate stones, so a bit of tender love and care wouldn’t go astray.

What happens if my jewelry breaks?

Disaster, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Your lifetime warranty means we’ll have it fixed for you anytime if the worst happens. Send us an email at contact @ bulwik.com and we’ll get straight on it.

What if my jewelry fades or gets scratched?

Our lifetime warranty to the rescue, it includes complimentary re-plating or repolishing, just because we’re that confident in our craftsmanship.
